How much money from each print is donated?

I want to be very specific about how much money will be donated from each print sale. We’re donating 100% of the ‘Profit’ from each sale. Profit is what is left after paying costs. Every print order will have a different cost based on a variety of factors, so I’ll provide 2 examples.

Example 1:

Single Print Delivered to Sydney Australia: $99

Printing Cost: $25, Delivery Cost: $5.40, Tax GST cost: $9, PayPal Cost: $ 3.50, Postage Tube Cost: $2 = $44.90

Total Donation to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal: $54.10 ($99 minus costs $44.90)

Example 2:

2 x Prints Delivered to London, UK: $198

Printing Cost: $50, Delivery Cost: $23.15, Tax GST: $0, PayPal Cost: $7, Postage Tube Cost: $2 = $82.15

Total Donation to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal: $115.85 ($198 minus costs $82.15)

When & where will donations occur?

Donations will be made fortnightly via Helensvale Commonwealth Bank. I’d prefer to use an online process via the Redcross website, but then futher credit card fees would be charged on the donation.

Who will keep you *#%&*#@’s honest?

We’ll publish to this site, our blog & twitter a running total of print sales vs total donation figures. We’re also more than happy to provide access to all records for a suitably qualified 3rd party to audit the sales vs donations. This will be exceedingly easy to do, as all sales occur online via PayPal so records are very accessible.
